Before starting Lean Research in 2021, he gained valuable experience working at top KPO firms, including Intellimation.ai and WNS Global Services. At LR, Kartik leads with a focus on transparency, meritocracy, and fostering professional growth, earning him respect in the investment research community.

Anto Chacko is a financial services professional with over a decade of experience. He is the Director at Lean Research. With a background in project management and financial risk management, Anto is known for managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement. He has held roles such as Head of Risk Analytics at Dvara KGFS and Assistant Vice President of Risk Management at Swiss Re where he developed his expertise in corporate and country credit analysis. Anto’s approach is all about financial risk and strategic execution. He is the go-to person to navigate complex risk environments and drive business strategy.
Rishabh Gattani
Head, Operations
Rishabh Gattani, CFA is the Head of Operations at Lean Research. He oversees the overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the firm. Rishabh has worked in significant roles such as Manager - Institutional Equities at Kotak Securities where he was involved in equity research and providing tradeable calls to clients. His hands on experience in capital markets both as a professional and during his self-employed stint in Rajasthan shows his ability to use technical and fundamental analysis to make investment decisions.
Anuj Jaithliya is a Senior Investment Analyst at Mission Holdings, overseeing liquid capital investments with a focus on software & services, media/consumer tech, fintech, and other diverse sectors. With over 7 years at Mission Holdings, Anuj leads the research team and manages investments through direct and external manager allocations. His prior experience includes working as an Equity Research Analyst at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics, supporting global buy-side funds and private equity projects, and as an Equity Research Analyst at Anand Rathi Securities. Anuj began his career as an Associate at a CA firm and holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dr. Alexandre Ayoub, was previously Head of Emerging Markets Research at Waha Capital, is passionate about driving sustainable, profitable impact through his extensive knowledge of corporate finance and investment. With a PhD in Managerial Economics from the London School of Economics, Alexandre has developed expertise in lending to higher-risk corporates and leading investment strategies in Emerging Markets. His career spans significant roles at JPMorgan, VTB Capital, and Deutsche Bank, where he specialized in high yield credit research, structured lending, and special situations. Alexandre's is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation through his strategic vision and financial expertise.
